Violence Against Women Hypothesis: Is society doing enough to stop domestic violence against women? Society is NOT doing enough to stop domestic violence against women because about one out of every two women every year is abused in anyway (sexual assault/rape, battering/physical violence, emotional/verbal abuse, stalking, sexual harassment, human trafficking, etc.) Even though there is awareness than there was in the past decades about preventing violence against women, the crime is still continued today in society. I was also looking forward to getting more information on what it takes to become a human resource generalist. The interview process with Mrs. Renee Stovall was formal and businesslike since I was meeting her for the first time. We established an opening that consisted of a two-step process with me sharing that I would be asking a series of question and that she could provide me with any information that she would like to share. This assisted me in gaining her attention, and she gladly accepted, so we were able to establish a trust rapport. As the interview process progressed, we became more relaxed, which changed the atmosphere of the interview and there were more verbal and nonverbal information being shared.
